The Cursed Obsidian Altar is located in the remains of the Inquisitor's Tower in [[Blackthorn]]. The altar is a large, humanoid-sized slab of pure obsidian, carved with intricate runes and sigils. Staring into the brilliant blackness of its surface is almost overwhelming. There is an evil allure to make a demonic offering here, but of what you do not know.
