General Information

The Primal Forest is a small area, possibly located within a pocket dimension (its secondary location is "???"), accessible through the Altar of Storms in Natura. It is a lush and vibrant wood filled with ancient creatures of lore with no signs of nearby civilisation outside of the Altar of Storms.

Points of Interest

On the 1-alt server, four Druid guilds are scattered around the forest, each corresponding to one of the four elements and guarded by a shaman who specialises in that element. These NPCs request items to permit passage to the respective guild.

Guilds

1-alt only

  • Level 36 Druid guild - Haunted Glade (Earth)
  • Level 37 Druid guild - Primordial Pond (Water)
  • Level 38 Druid guild - Burning Crater (Fire) a.k.a. The Devil's Furnace
  • Level 39 Druid guild - Ancient Formation (Air)

Notes

  • This area can only be accessed by level 35 and above Druids and Rangers using a Guild Ring of Cernnunos. (Ring not required on multi-alt)
  • Druid guilds 35-39 can be found here which use the alternate leveling system.
  • Meliai don't attack Druids unless provoked (which is why their display colour on 1-alt implies they are neutral); Rangers have no such reprieve.
  • Implied to be the "Ancient Forest" mentioned in Natura's lore.
  • The area includes music if the option is enabled.
  • The Devil's Furnace, the druid guild guarded by the Shaman of the Fire, is based on a real-life phenomenom: the Darvaza gas crater, colloquially known as the 'Door to Hell'.
